Aisha and I recently photographed this monochrome lookpost in Kalk Bay on a perfect Saturday morning.

Aisha called it “Girl & the Sea” as we photographed the lookpost on a harbour wall. I love all of the cold colours coming through in these images as well as the straight lines (symmetry and straight lines make me happy). Once again I got creative with the text and filled it with colour lines that I made in photoshop- I chose colours that complimented the images and also created a seaside nautical theme. The wood backdrop is one of my own images that I cut out and used, you will see this wooden background in Aisha’s next lookpost so keep a lookout!
