I cannot remember the last time I posted a weekly wrap up, I have been so busy with shoots and fundraising for my new upgrade camera I haven’t even had a second to clear my mind and share my photographic week with you.
Here it is!
I photographed a lovely wedding, which was not your regular traditional wedding and more of a party/celebration. It was great to be a part of something care-free and fun, sometimes the celebration of a marriage is forgotten amongst all of the time schedules and traditions but this wedding celebrated the marriage of Tami & Donovan and was not clouded by all of the necessities.
I photographed a family photoshoot which included couples who were lucky enough to have a mini couples shoot too.
I photographed another family photoshoot on the rocks which consisted of 16 members, yes 16! Would you believe me if I told you that it poured with rain an hour after I left? We were very, very lucky to have the perfect, soft lit sunshine during our photoshoot.
I photographed some fashion with Jax from Fusion Model Management, Portobello Road and Katy Brand on styling! This awesome shoot will be released next week, but I have been uploading sneak peeks this past week on Instagram and facebook. If you would like to see a few sneak peeks be sure to like and follow me.
On the 31st of December I asked my fans to share their photo memories with me and comment on my status with their favourite photo memory. I decided to turn this idea into a “competition” and put all of the photo memories into a hat. Dixie was the lucky name I drew and she won herself a voucher for a photoshoot. She chose a friendship shoot which I shot last week. Isn’t this the cutest pic ever?
I had another family shoot which, this time, was ON the beach with a lovely view of table mountain. How amazing is Kristy’s lip colour?!
I attended this year’s Queens Plate and bumped into a few familiar faces, this image is of Monde (Renaissance Men Blog) and I. Please keep a look out for style images and portraits of interesting people, I will be uploading them shortly as well as blogging about the event itself.
This week is going to be a busy one as I transfer from my old camera to my new one and photograph art, blogger lookposts for local bloggers as well as more fashion.
Watch this space, I have lots of exciting images for you!
Love it! xxx
