Shanaaz & Yusuf’s City Wedding

I am very excited to share this beautiful city wedding today.

When I first met Shanaaz & Yusuf I knew their wedding was going to be absolutely incredible. Their excitement for the wedding and attention to detail had me counting down the days to capture their special day.

Shanaaz got ready in a beautiful hotel with views of the city surrounding her. Her makeup was done by the talented – Saskia Buxton – who created this edgy bridal look. Shanaaz, being a makeup artist herself, opted for a bold look with red lips and a shimmery gold eye shadow which showed up beautifully on camera.A special moment with her father brought the entire room to tears…

Once Shanaaz was dressed and ready, her bridesmaids handed her small gifts that had been placed in boxes labelled “something old”, “something new”, “something borrowed” and “something blue”. This was such a special moment to capture.

Finally, it was time to Uber to the venue – YoungBlood on Bree. They filled the venue with greenery, candles and white balloons which were released as confetti once the couple were married.

For couples photos we took a walk down Bree Street and took photos along the way until we arrived at a bridge that the couple had their eye on prior to the wedding.
