….and the winner is….

It was extremely difficult choosing a winner for this competition but I have finally chosen the lucky “phonetographer” who will put the photographic based HTC One A9 to use.

The selection process:

I selected the top 30 brilliant photos, I narrowed those down to the top 10 images and finally narrowed THOSE down to the top 5. This is where it got extremely difficult for me. I looked at each image and judged it on the competition rules: composition, creativity, brilliance, is it interesting?, was it taken with a cell phone and finally, which many forgot to add, the caption. Once the image ticked all of the boxes, I was left with a winner!

Finally, the winner was chosen….

I visited the little town of Arniston this past weekend and was able to test some of the great features of the HTC One A9. This is what the winner will be able to enjoy:

Given more time, I could definitely shoot some amazing imagery and video and I hope the winner shows us some of their images and video once they receive their new HTC One A9!

CONGRATULATIONS Ignatius Makoaela ! Please send me your contact details via email asap.
